Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms and reliable delivery performance.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives through strategic negotiation, process improvement and supplier development to enhance overall value.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase order creation, tracking and issue resolution to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Monitor order status proactively and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and components.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, and Logistics to align procurement activities with business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.

Requirements :

  • Diploma in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent
  • A proactive and collaborative team player with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
