Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum HR functions including recruitment, work pass, compensation and benefits.
  • Preparation of monthly payroll / IR8A / tax submission (includes reviewing of global office payroll)
  • Maintain and update employee / consultant personal files, contracts and other employee information for Singapore and global office
  • Review and update HR policies in Singapore and global offices when required
  • Renew insurance policies and assist staff on insurance queries
  • Administration of external training for employees
  • Propose and implement employee well-being programs and initiatives
  • Participate in HR Audits and MOM surveys
  • Provide back-up support to the administrative team
  • Coordinate with administrative team to provide IT support to employees for Singapore and global offices
  • All other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in HR generalist
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management / IHRP-CP preferred
  • Experience in sole contributor role is a plus
  • Understanding and practical knowledge of Singapore employment laws
  • Driven, can do attitude and goal orientated with good problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Hands on, self-motivated and committed with sense of urgency
