Job Scope :
- Provide information and assistance to visitors
- Ensure ticket and attraction admission checks
- Responding to accidents and emergencies
- Assist to facilitate events and programmes held within GB
- Handling of crowd control
- Candidates with customer service experience preferred
Working Hours :
Full Shift : 8.30am to 9.30pmAM Shift : 8.30am to 6pmPM Shift : 12pm to 9.30pmWorking Location : Gardens by the Bay
Salary : $10 / h weekdays, $12 / h weekends
Requirement :
Must be able to commit for at least 3 monthsMust be able to commit at least 3 shifts / week (2 weekdays AND 1 weekend) , shifts will be given according to availability, operation needs and work performance.Working Hours (8 - 12 hrs shifts from : 8.30 am - 9.30 pm, with unpaid lunch and dinner meal break), shift timing may be reduced if operation does not requires longer working hours (but will be given at least 6 hours working shift)Must be able to withstand long standing hoursComfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environment (Non-AC)Must adhere to GB grooming standards. No lightly dyed hair, fake lashes or coloured lenses, no full beard, facial piercings, or multiple earrings (can wear only 1 simple ear studs). Body art must be covered.Customer-oriented and have patience to assist guest enquiriesOutspoken, bubbly, approachable and able to articulate well.Lunch & Dinner will be provided only on Weekends and Public HolidaysCandidates without any of these following are preferred :o Acrophobia (fear of heights)
o Nyctophobia (fear of night or darkness)
o Claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces)
o Agoraphobia (fear of crowds)
o Sensitive to pollen
o Sensitive to sun
We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Selected candidates will need to attend 1 full day Induction (8.30am - 6pm) and 4 x 12 hr Full Shifts On Job Trainings (OJTs).
