Responsibilities :
Responsible for design and configuration of ECP to meetstakeholder's requirementsExperience in thefull process of fit-gap analysis, requirement gathering, solutiondesign, deployment planning, and strong project implementation ofECPIdentifies, assesses, and solves complexbusiness problems for area of responsibility, where analysis ofsituations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variablefactorsProvides solution support duringproposal development and planningExperiencedin defining data, integration, and test strategy for ECPdeploymentProvides solution advise andleadership to the internal and client project team during animplementation. Acts as solution "subject matter expert" andadvises on leading practices in ECPMonitorsand advises on solution and schedule risks and mitigationstrategiesManaging client relationship withbusiness process owners and client solution leadsMaster and maintain detailed knowledge of ECPproduct-suite, including professional certificationsAssist with coaching and developing junior consultantsand growing the SAP Human Capital ManagementcapabilityThe idealcandidate should possess :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college oruniversity is preferredMinimum 8-10 years ofexperience with SAP ECP implementations, including hands on designand configurationAble to communicate inMandarin would be an advantageImplemented ECPsolution for Singapore and China locations. Experience with ECPdeployments in other Asia countries is an advantageKnowledge of SAP On-Premise Payroll is an advantage butnot essential.
