KPMG has a strong SAP Digital Transformation team in thisregion, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-Endbusiness transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions. Ourpractice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking 2SuccessFactors roles, including

  • SuccessFactorsProjectManager

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for design and configuration of ECP to meetstakeholder's requirements
  • Experience in thefull process of fit-gap analysis, requirement gathering, solutiondesign, deployment planning, and strong project implementation ofECP
  • Identifies, assesses, and solves complexbusiness problems for area of responsibility, where analysis ofsituations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variablefactors
  • Provides solution support duringproposal development and planning
  • Experiencedin defining data, integration, and test strategy for ECPdeployment
  • Provides solution advise andleadership to the internal and client project team during animplementation. Acts as solution "subject matter expert" andadvises on leading practices in ECP
  • Monitorsand advises on solution and schedule risks and mitigationstrategies
  • Managing client relationship withbusiness process owners and client solution leads
  • Master and maintain detailed knowledge of ECPproduct-suite, including professional certifications
  • Assist with coaching and developing junior consultantsand growing the SAP Human Capital Managementcapability
  • The idealcandidate should possess :

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college oruniversity is preferred
  • Minimum 8-10 years ofexperience with SAP ECP implementations, including hands on designand configuration
  • Able to communicate inMandarin would be an advantage
  • Implemented ECPsolution for Singapore and China locations. Experience with ECPdeployments in other Asia countries is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP On-Premise Payroll is an advantage butnot essential. Ability to manage senior stakeholders and clientexecutives
  • Knowledge and experience of the SAPActivate (or equivalent) methodology for SuccessFactors Businessdomain knowledge for Human Resources
  • Provenability in implementing HRIS software within or for a HumanResource Department Previous exposure to HR practices and HRSoftware
  • Ability to effectively developpresentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels ofmanagement
  • Excellent verbal / writtencommunication, collaboration, analytical and presentationskills
