Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and perform failure analysis on firmware-related issues.
  • Manage customer issues, driving issues to closure
  • Provide technical input and estimate development effort to support of new business cases
  • Build trusting relationships with customers, customer-facing teams, and others in SSD engineering
  • Support post qual release customer qualifications, Firmware management and Firmware releases.
  • Provide technical guidance to customer facing teams and validation teams

Requirement

  • Master's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering.
  • Knowledge in embedded firmware development, preferably in storage / SSD.
  • Excellent knowledge of system storage and platform ingredients (CPU, Memory, drivers, OS, firmware).
  • Experience with storage interfaces (SATA, SAS, PCIE, NVME) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in C-based programming and Python.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic in a dynamic environment.
