Job description
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and perform failure analysis on firmware-related issues.
Manage customer issues, driving issues to closure
Provide technical input and estimate development effort to support of new business cases
Build trusting relationships with customers, customer-facing teams, and others in SSD engineering
Support post qual release customer qualifications, Firmware management and Firmware releases.
Provide technical guidance to customer facing teams and validation teams
Requirement
Master's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering.
Knowledge in embedded firmware development, preferably in storage / SSD.
Excellent knowledge of system storage and platform ingredients (CPU, Memory, drivers, OS, firmware).
Experience with storage interfaces (SATA, SAS, PCIE, NVME) is a plus.
Proficiency in C-based programming and Python.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic in a dynamic environment.
