- Working Days / Hours : Monday to Friday : 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM & Saturday : 8 : 30 AM – 12 : 30 PM
Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Electrical Manager to lead and oversee electrical engineering and site operations for large-scale infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will manage a full project cycle—from planning and coordination to execution and commissioning—ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Familiarity with People's Association projects is preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a team of supervisors, site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project execution.Resolve on-site issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders including main contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and third-party partners.Coordinate daily site activities and inspection schedules with the main contractor's representatives; attend coordination meetings as needed.Plan and oversee weekly work activities in alignment with the master construction schedule.Enforce adherence to all workplace safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations and protocols.Prepare and review all necessary technical documentation, including shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material BOQs.Review and check electrical engineering deliverables such as Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), equipment specifications, and commissioning procedures.Work with SCADA systems for M&E equipment monitoring, migration, replacement, and troubleshooting.Lead interface review meetings with both internal departments and external partners to ensure project milestones are met.Identify potential conflicts, critical path issues, and interface risks that may impact budget or schedule.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and specialist contractors to develop and review electrical control logic.Requirements :
Registered Professional Engineer (Electrical) with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.10 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or MEP system operations.Strong familiarity with data center and infrastructure systems, including :
Transformers, feeders, generators, switchgear
UPS systems, ATS / STS units, PDU / PMM unitsChillers, AHUs, and CRAC unitsProven ability to manage site progress independently under tight deadlines.Strong understanding of workplace safety and risk management.Prior experience in People's Association projects is required.Take the lead on critical infrastructure projects and make a meaningful impact with a dynamic and respected organization.
