Job Responsibilities :

• Augment the client’s System Manager and collaborate with Ops Manager / End Users to provide oversight on the operations and maintenance activities for data network infrastructure and systems including but not limited to Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Obsolescence and Vulnerabilities Management, Risk Management, Governance and Compliance Management, Quality Management and Service Improvement
• Manage vendor’s O&S team in leading and conducting fault analysis, problem resolution, preventive maintenance, obsolescence management, change management and vulnerabilities tracking, patch management, etc.
• Assist users with first level investigation of network faults / issues where necessary and ensure respective vendors are triggered to address incidents in a timely manner.
• Review vendor’s monthly O&S reports and provide summary reports to System Managers and Ops Managers on the system health, fault records, service reports, change request status, vulnerabilities updates, EOL status, over-and-above items, etc.
• Review vendor’s deliverables for operational and preventive maintenance activities.
