Service Technician - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and repair of building facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Monitor and maintain building utilities, lighting, and safety systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to facility-related service requests and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Assist in managing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Oversee contractors and vendors performing maintenance, repair, and renovation works.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, workplace safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support facility improvement projects and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety of common areas.
• Provide emergency support for facility breakdowns and urgent repairs.
