Long standing history with strong branding in the market, this automotive company has been the market leader in the industry that they operate in. Currently, they are hiring for a Business Controller, Assistant Manager / Manager for their Singapore business.

about the job

In this role, you will be the key financial leader, responsible for all aspects of financial management, from day-to-day cash management and budgeting to long-term financial strategy. You'll oversee financial reporting, investments, and risk management, while ensuring compliance with local and national regulations. Working closely with Finance Directors and the VP of International Sales, you will coordinate budget development, support negotiations with business partners, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase revenue by analyzing economic trends and internal operations. There will be 2 headcounts hired under you in 2026 and 2027.

skills and experience required

You should be Degree qualified in Finance or Accounting and possess at least 5 years of experience. If you have 1 to 2 years of experience in an Audit firm in your early career days, that would be advantageous. You need to be able to business partner well with internal stakeholders from Singapore and around different regions. They are on 3 days work in office, 2 days work from home arrangement.
