Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individual to join us as Preschool English Teacher under the Place-and-Train scheme. Selected candidate will be employed as Trainee Teacher while undergoing a fully sponsored course to attain the Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching (Conversion).

Roles & Responsibilities :

This Place-and-Train programme is designed to prepare you for a meaningful career in early childhood education through a blend of classroom learning and hands-on experience. You will receive ongoing feedback, mentorship, and peer support throughout your training.

As a Trainee English Teacher, you will :

• Care for and nurture children aged 18 months to 6 years
• Help create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment
• Participate in training and practicum while working at the preschool

You will be sponsored for a 16-month Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching (Conversion) course. Upon graduation, you will be awarded the DECCE-T qualification and deployed as an English Childcare Teacher. An 18-month bond will apply upon course completion.
