Retail Sales Promoter

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales

Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving

sales targets, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for

all

customers.

Responsibilities :

Provide personalized service to customers, understanding

their needs and recommending suitable products

Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding

individual and store sales targets

Build and

maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat

business

Assist in visual merchandising and

ensure the store is well-presented at all times

Handle cashiering duties and process transactions

accurately

Stay updated on product knowledge,

promotions, and company policies

Work closely

with the team to achieve overall store

objectives

Requirements :

Prior retail or customer service experience

preferred

Strong communication and

interpersonal skills

Sales-driven with a

passion for achieving targets

Positive

attitude, team player, and professional appearance

Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and

public holidays
