Job descriptionAn Integrated Logistics & Freight Solutions MNC Company Diploma in Logistics and / or Supply Chain Management Basic knowledge of Bill of Lading, Custom Permits and handling shipping documents Enter the collected data into system and extract invoices and supporting documents for processing Actively coordinate with stakeholders and rectify within team if any data provided is incorrect Support ad-hoc administrative tasks Assist duties assigned by the Ops Proficient in Excel (advanced level) & Knowing Pivot Table is an advantage Only Singaporean / PR Need Apply Diligently and good time management Attention to details and Meticulous with numbers Ability to work independently
