Our client is a local leading player in Real Estate Industry, well-known for its diverse portfolio of properties and sustainable urban solutions. They are currently looking for Leasing, Assistant Manager due to team expansion. They are located at Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities for Leasing, Assistant Manager :

• Responsible for identifying and engaging potential retail tenants.
• Conduct market research, strategic networking, and proactive outreach.
• Manager will lead and mentor the team, ensuring the successful implementation of leasing strategies
• Primary focus will be on maximizing rental income and maintaining high occupancy rates.
• Responsible for finalizing lease agreements and managing documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders
