Basic Care Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

• Assists with basic patient care activities (feeding, bathing, toileting)
• Assists in keeping the ward environment tidy and organised
• Comply with infection control practise when attending to patients
• Helps with basic housekeeping duties
• Works under supervision of nurses

Job Requirement:

• Minimum PSLE Level
• Basic literacy in English and computer
• Work experience in healthcare is preferred
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people at all levels effectively
• Independent, highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Training will be provided
