Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist with the preparation of daily meals, including washing, peeling, slicing, and cutting ingredients
  • Support the cook with the preparation for breakfast and lunch dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including dishes, utensils, and workstations
  • Ensure food storage and kitchen hygiene meet food safety standards
  • Assist with delivery unloading and proper inventory placement

    • Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a nursing home or hospital kitchen preferred
  • Must possess a valid Certificate in Food Hygiene Audit
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural team and following kitchen safety protocols
