Job Description

Position Title : Assistant Project Manager
Working Location : Ubi
Working Hours : 5 days (Mon – Fri, 830am – 530pm)
Salary Package : Basic salary up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus
Duration : Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Start and oversee projects.

Manage specific projects from planning to execution.

Plan and organize tasks to meet project deadlines.

Hold weekly meetings with management to share progress updates.

Monitor projects and make adjustments to keep them on track.

Maintain good client relationships by clearly explaining tasks and deadlines.

Ensure all projects progress smoothly without neglect.

Regularly confirm budgets with your superior and adjust as needed.

Attend site meetings, research market info, and submit weekly reports to the project manager.

Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electronic engineering or equivalent

At least 5 years of project experience.

Understanding of MEP building systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).

Knowledge of legal issues and safety standards.
