Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Manange the Business Centre of the company in the customer service block
- Ensure that the mess room and vessel superintendent rooms are kept clean and tidy
- Assist the superintendents and clients on any clerical support, such as printing and photocopyin
- Escort visitors from guard house to the yard as require
- Assist in serving food during lunch and tea breaks in mess roo
- Keep track of / record and issue all refreshment and amenities including overalls and safety attire for customer
- Assist in any other support work as and when called upon by VP-Commercial or his designate
