Answer incoming calls and dealing enquiries
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management / safety supervisor.
Sourcing of suppliers, price negotiation, order processing, and follow-up for order confirmation.
Monitor delivery schedule
Updates records and maintains proper filling systems
Preparation of billing documents (Delivery Orders(DO), Invoices, Quotation)
Coordinate with operation team / store on daily operation needs.
Update of project green mark
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirement :
Positive attitude and willing to learn.
At least 1 year of experience in the related field is required for this position.
