Job Summary

Global Implementation is responsible for delivering the Bank’s Transaction Banking (TB) products and services to clients within the agreed contractual service levels, ensuring all digital integrations are seamless. The team supports client onboarding, project management (ensuring smooth project flow, issue and risk management, maintaining action plans, and delivering timely solutions), and account management (understanding client strategies and needs) to facilitate TB product implementation.

The Programme Execution team ensures successful delivery of large programs and improvement initiatives across the program lifecycle.

Responsibilities

The individual will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Client Change Management and Testing programs, along with other initiatives related to TB delivery.

Strategy

  • Develop frameworks and redesign processes, systems, and operating models related to client change management and testing programs.
  • Lead sessions with sales, coverage, product, and partners to position propositions.
  • Conceptualize and execute programs to achieve the target state of client change management and testing.
  • Act as a business or data analyst to align requirements with business priorities.
  • Understand clients' needs across industries, utilizing data to develop solutions addressing pain points.

Business

  • Focus on client impact with bank-initiated changes, promoting collaboration across TB.
  • Coordinate program milestones, adhere to standards and governance.
  • Implement frameworks to minimize downtime during changes.
  • Manage issues and risks proactively, working with business partners.
  • Scale projects globally using appropriate tools and processes.
  • Engage stakeholders regularly for updates and decision-making.
  • Assess and prioritize business and client impact.
  • Support end-to-end program delivery through proactive engagement.
  • Manage risks, issues, and interdependencies, ensuring effective communication and KPI monitoring.
  • Maintain project documentation, including governance papers and minutes.

  • Provide insights to identify bottlenecks and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with partners for holistic client experience improvements.
  • Gather business and data requirements, understanding impacts of digitalization.
  • Ensure quality standards in analysis, design, and change management artifacts.
  • Lead rollout activities, including training and communication.
  • Support system migration and enhancements.
  • Monitor adoption of project management principles to improve client outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to improve implementation efficiency.
  • Use data analytics to measure business performance and risks.
  • Support stakeholders in analyzing data trends and insights.

  • Our Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years in large-scale program / project management.
  • Contract role for 12 months.
  • Experience with risk and controls.
  • Interest in emerging tech, cash management, trade finance.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Collaborative, creative problem solver.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Knowledge of cash management and trade finance products (advantageous).
  • Prior client implementation experience (advantageous).
