Electrical Engineer - BALANCED ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, distribution panels, air craft warning lights, equipment and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes.

Plan layout and prepare sketches / drawings of electrical wiring, distribution panels, equipment and fixtures and lightning conductors based on job specifications and local codes.

Follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.

Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems and equipment including winches and generator sets

Inspect / test electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.

Planning and ordering supplies so as to ensure required items are procured on time

Assist Purchasing department with take offs and specifications.

Train workers to install, maintain , or repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures.

Prepare reports on work carried out including maintenance and update of site diary and other records.

Attend inter-office conferences and meetings with suppliers.

Any other tasks / responsibilities as assigned by Project Manager / Management
