- Relevant Diploma in Business Studies
What you'll be doing on the job
- Coordinate with the support team to ensure valid and timely response on quotations
- Production of policies, endorsements, certificates, renewal notices, and other administrative requirements
- Maintain close rapport and relationship with internal & external stakeholders to obtain necessary underwriting information, promote satisfactory service relationships and to encourage the submission of targeted business
- Review endorsements on existing policies to identify any change in original coverage or amounts. Evaluates, accepts, rejects or modifies risks within established underwriting guidelines
- Work with the claims team to attain effectiveness in the claims processes
- Support other ad-hoc tasks when required
