Manager / Senior Manager, Human Resources
Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Manager / Senior Manager to provide oversight for the human resources function. You will align HR plans with business objectives to foster a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
What You Will Do :
- HR Leadership : Develop and implement HR plans, provide guidance on HR issues, and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Talent Management : Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Rewards & Performance Management : Design compensation structures, oversee performance management frameworks, and implement DEI programs.
- HR Operations & Compliance : Oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with labour laws, and manage HRIS implementation.
What We Are Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certification (e.g., IHRP) preferred.At least 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a start-up environment.Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.Preferred Skills :
