Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager to oversee all daily construction activities on site to meet project progress and quality goals.

Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance to QA / QC requirements
Convey proper instructions to subcontractors to ensure all installation works are executed in accordance with approved construction drawings details
To manage construction difficulties, safety risk and other technical issues
Prepare installation sequence & micro schedule for respective façade elements according to construction drawings
Coordinate with Main Contractor, Subcontractors on all matters pertaining to site installation and quality issues
Monitor and update daily project / site progress report
Maintain proper records of Site Inspection Reports, materials deliveries and site activities
Arrange & Coordinate Site Testing and Inspections with Vendors and RTO / RE
Manage and plan site materials and equipment delivery to ensure efficient use of resources
To assist Project Manager in timely submission of materials samples and mock-up for approval

Requirements :

At least 1 year experience in Alum and Glazing Design site engineer works.

Responsible, with good organizational and communication skills.

Well in Auto CAD, Microsoft Office software.

Team player with positive attitude; willing to learn.

Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field and above.

Singapore Citizen and Permant Residence preferred. (Foreigners with relevant experience will also be considered)
