- $3500 - $4500 (Basic) + KPI Allowance + Yearly Commission (High Amount)
- $500 Petrol Allowance (Candidate must have own vehicle)

Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities within the waste management and environmental services sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.Conduct site visits and present waste management solutions tailored to client needs.Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the division’s revenue growth.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for business strategy improvements.Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.At least 1–3 years of sales experience in waste management, environmental services, industrial solutions, or B2B field sales is an advantage.Strong business development skills with a hunter mindset to secure new accounts.Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.Possess a valid Class 3 / 3A driving license (Required to own a vehicle)To apply, kindly click on the "APPLY NOW" button.
