Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

As a Quality Management Specialist, you will collaborate with multiple business units to collect and analyze monthly data for performance trend analysis. You will prioritize quarterly governance action plans, work together on external audits, Request For Change (RFC), quality risk assessment, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

• Lead the GTQM Resource Database and maintain resource documents as per requirements. Handle user access requests and approval matrices.
• Maintain and update GTQM Document Maintenance.
• Support creating Group R&D policies, guidelines, and procedures aligned with international standards.
• New / alternative vendor qualification for ingredients, packaging, and equipment process qualification.
• Develop and maintain Quality Plan programs for all Business Units, coordinate and engage key stakeholders for Quality Plans alignment.

This role requires a minimum degree holder in Food Technology, Food Science or related Science / Engineering fields with at least 4-5 years of QA / QC experience preferably in dairy / beverage. Knowledge and experience in food packaging qualification and certified lead auditor are added advantages.
