Duties and Responsibilities
1. At least 8 years of working experience in the renovation contractor industry;
2. Proven experience working as a Supervisor or Project Manager;
3. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment;
4. Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, problem-solving skills;
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills;
6. May need to work on Sunday and public holiday.
7. Able to work night shift and split shift
8. Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders
