Job descriptionCoordinate daily schedules of IT Engineers for on-site, outsource, in-house projects, and backfill purposes. Manage deployment schedules for interns. Liaise closely with Sales and IT Departments on after-sales matters. Communicate effectively with corporate customers, handling calls, inquiries, and emails promptly. Maintain service inventory control and proper billing records. Update service forms in the system accurately and on time. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
