Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinator job descriptions

  • . Supervise PVC drain pipe installation works.
  • . Installation of both wooden & plastic Doors & windows.
  • . Installation of lights, fan points, power socket etc.
  • Installation and Painting of PVC cable trucking.
  • Installation of electrical lines in buildings
  • Install all kind air conditioning system (Window, Split type, central air conditioning system, fresh air / air condition square and round ducting).
  • Cooling water pipe installation, testing & commissioning
  • Painting work.
  • Clean of motor / pump / working area.
  • Work at height
  • Site Cable pulling works at renovations and new installations.
  • Renovation Work
  • Remove ducting material / sanitary material / etc.
  • Must work Saturday / Sunday / Public Holiday if required.

Requirements :

  • Must possess at least Diploma or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience as a coordinator of construction or mechanical technician or electrician or others construction related work.
  • Wooden & plastic doors installating experience with scellant works .
  • Must be fully vaccinated
  • Must be able to work long hours in construction sites (May need to work night shift)
  • Able to read architectural and technical drawings soft drawing, and translates to workers.
  • Should be knowledgeable in MS Office & Outlook
  • Scaffolding experience more than 2 years will be extra advantage
  • Physically fit with the ability to work outdoor / indoor or any other place instructed by company in Singapore at considerable height in construction area.
