Roles & Responsibilities

The Job :

• Coordinated with vendors and freight forwarders
• Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain for safe handling, transport and delivery schedule
• Monitored inventory levels, ensuring no stock-out situations for fast-moving products
• Ensure accuracy on bill of lading for custom declaration
• Assist with sourcing activities when requested by the regional offices
• Prepared comprehensive inventory reports, including stock level, stock turns, and stock obsolescence
• Quote analysis and negotiate for the best rates from freight forwarders for inbound shipments
• Cost analysis for inbound shipments
