Your mission
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Roll out the merchandising strategy of Pierre Fabre brands in Skincare & Haircare categories (Eau Thermale Avene, Aderma, Rene Furterer, Klorane) on points of sale, and ensure their visibility to increase sell-out and market share in coordination with commercial teams.

DETAILED MISSIONS
- Responsible for merchandise mix and assortment planning in accordance with respective merchandising strategies set by Marketing and Commercial Directions
- Ensure deployment and maintenance of all Merchandising elements permanent or promotional (planogram, logos, shelf talkers, frames, floor displays, counter displays…)
- Determine the best placement for our brands, negotiate the best location and gain space in the POS
- Work closely with Marketing team, Key Account Manager and Sales Manager on store segmentation, product launch and merchandise display strategy following brands guidelines and marketing plans
- Oversee systemic work related to allocation, replenishment, and merchandise control of the categories, such as price changes, assortment updates, consolidations
KEY COMPETENCIES
Degree in Merchandising, Retail Management or BusinessMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacityBeauty industry and drugstores experience is appreciatedAnalytical and data-driven mindset with a clear focus on resultsHigh Excel competencyExcellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environmentA team player, Outgoing personalityGood communication skills in English
