About the role
The CCTV Engineer is a rewarding role with opportunities for career progression.
You will be responsible for providing maintenance and technical support for our clients' equipment and systems.
What you'll be doing
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and implement timely resolutions
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop preventative maintenance plans
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs
- Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
Relevant degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics EngineeringPreferrable with knowledge of networking and IP / TCP protocolIn-depth knowledge in CCTV, Access Control and System Server etc.Hands-on experience in security-related tasks such as OS tightening, patching and updating, virus scanning will be an added advantage.IT Certification in windows system & storage, network, database, virtualization, cloud technologies will be an added advantageExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driving licence and willingness to travel to client sitesTell employers what skills you have
