Job description1-2 years of relevant experience in repairing Electronics Products. ITE / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics or related is welcome to apply. NO Experience required. Training Provided. 5 day work week.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling day-to-day operations of the service centre in accordance with company brand position and guidelines.
- Perform and ensure all repairs and servicing are executed in accordance to company's standard operating procedures and performance indicators.
- Perform equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance.
- Perform on-site servicing and installation if required.
- Assist in ad hoc project work.
- Co-operate with Customer Service Team and follow company's procedures and protocols to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
