Job Overview :

This is a leadership role that requires expertise in overseeing construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and controlling project activities to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and optimal resource allocation.

Main Responsibilities :

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, aligning with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project targets, fostering collaboration and open communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee payment requests to ensure smooth project progression.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

Project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Effective stakeholder management, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Safety record compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements :

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field from a recognized institution.

At least 15 years' experience in senior project management roles within the construction industry.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
