Position Title : Account Manager
Working Location : Tampines
Working Hours : 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
Salary Package : Basic salary up to $6,000 + Variable Bonus
Duration : Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of accounts.

Participate in and present at meetings or tenders on the company’s behalf.

Prepare sales quotations and follow up on purchase orders.

Build and maintain positive business relationships with clients.

Resolve issues and provide solutions promptly.

Liaise with suppliers, vendors, distributors, resellers, and manufacturers for quotations and pricing negotiations.

Coordinate project deliverables.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, economics, or a related field

Minimum two years’ experience in IT sales in a sales manager role.

Good understanding of the sales process

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers
