Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Review and validate GSR applications submitted through the ESR system in GeBIZ, ensuring all required financial documents are provided and that applicant details are accurate and consistent with the supporting documents.
• Once payment is received, forward applications to the Finance Team for validation and approval.
• Handle public and applicant enquiries regarding the GSR application process and eligibility criteria via telephone, email, or chat during office hours (Mon–Fri, 8 : 30 a.m. – 6 : 00 p.m.) or by the next business day.
