Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist engineers in carrying out all test-related activities.
Support and implement various product configuration setups.
Test, analyze, and troubleshoot product failures, collaborating closely with process and test engineers to improve yield.
Participate in Kaizen activities.
Update test tracking records.
Prepare and revise working instructions.
Provide training on working instructions to new hires.
Support the NPI process and production runs.
Participate in ISO activities, including implementation and maintenance.

Requirements :

Nitec or higher qualification in engineering, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a testing and debugging environment.

Strong team player.

Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, engineers, and superiors.

Capable of multitasking and working under pressure.

Willing to perform shift work.

Good understanding of testing methods and concepts.

Knowledge of programming and debugging skills.
