Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope :
- Handle general Accounting duties (issuing of cheque payments, invoices, delivery order, purchase order, bookkeeping);
- Assist in quarterly GST submission & annual corporate tax submission;
- Monthly bank reconciliation;
- Manage accounts receivables (AR);
- Provide general admin support in carpark maintenance and other related tasks;
- Attend to walk-ins and incoming calls;
- Control & Handling of stock inventory;
- Data Entry, photocopying / scanning / filing of documents;
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior and the Management.
Requirements :
Minimum “O” Level or equivalent qualification certificatesAt least 1.5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position and must be able to carry out assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision.Basic Accounting knowledge an advantageRequired skill(s) : Proficient knowledge of using Excel or any Accounting Software.Ability to commence work immediately or at short noticeSingaporean / PR / MalaysianAble to communicate effective in English and ChineseInterested candidates please send in detailed resume to recruit@alphawave.com.sg
