Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food production teams, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Lead and mentor production staffs, including machine operators, line workers, and quality control personnel.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to maximize team performance.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all production team members. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch records, production reports, and quality control documentation.
- Ensure that all production areas are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards. Implement improvements to enhance production processes.
- Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
- Need working on Saturday, Sunday, Public holiday and overtime.
- Able to work rotate shift and overtime.
