Job Profile

We are seeking a Support Service Officer to provide assistance at our counter and concierge.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide front-line support for customers
  • Extract CRM Performance Reports
  • Handle customer enquiries including creating cases and updating appointment lists
  • Assist with membership sign-ups, assistance programmes, card replacements and other transactions
  • Support ad-hoc duties as assigned (e.g data entry, appointment confirmations)

Requirements :

  • Minimum O Level qualifications
  • Ability to commit 5 days a week
