Roles & Responsibilities

About the Department

Global Treasury Operations spans across 10 countries and the department plays a critical role in supporting our business stakeholders to execute and support the Global Businesses' operational activities including pre and post settlements, trade control and documentation. Treasury Operations Singapore is both the Headquarters and the Centre of Excellence, centralizing majority of the operational activities for selected APAC branches and subsidiaries.

Treasury Operations is embarking on a global transformation journey, providing a suite of operational support services to our business units while focusing on cost efficiency through process re-engineering, automation and straight through processing.

What you do

  • Conduct the review of terms in the executed treasury master agreement, including ISDA, GMRA and GMSLA and update the datapoints of the terms in the Legal Document Repository System and database.
  • Assist in maintenance of data of terms of newly executed treasury master agreements.
  • Assist legal and treasury operations in performing User Acceptance Testing, where required.
  • Assist in performing testing and review of the migrated data from the Legal Document Repository System and database into the relevant treasury operations confirmation database.
  • Support the legal and treasury operations teams in maintaining data inventories as required.

  • Excellent communication with stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Meticulous and attention to details.
  • Agile and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable with performing review of legal agreements and post trade confirmations, with guidance and support from the Legal team to identify the relevant terms.
  • Experience in data analytics is advantageous but good to have.
  • Strong in Microsoft excel and knowledge in Contract Lifecycle Management systems and trade confirmations systems is preferred but good to have.
