JOB SUMMARY
Business Solution Designer – CRM, Data, and AI Integration will occupy a pivotal role at the convergence of technological advancement to help drive the organisation’s adoption of data-centric and artificial intelligence capabilities – to achieve business outcomes. The incumbent will be entrusted with the responsibility of architecting comprehensive solutions that not only modernise existing CRM eco-system & its data, and business intelligence platforms, but also unlock transformative market insights through the integration of advanced AI technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- Integrate advanced AI capabilities (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Internal AI solutions) into core workflows to unlock efficiency, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Build a framework for continuous AI innovation, ensuring our platforms evolve alongside emerging technologies and business needs.
Business
Maintain a relentless focus on end-user experience, driving solutions that balance usability, adoption, and operational performance.Collaborate extensively with cross-functional stakeholders—including those in sales, marketing, customer service, information technology, and senior management—to ensure that AI solutions are meticulously aligned with broader business objectives and contribute to an enhanced client experience.Tech and Data Collaboration : Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and solution architects to co-create and iterate AI products that meet real business needs while aligning with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.Scalable Product Architecture : Partner with Solution Archetype and Platform Engineering teams to develop scalable, production-grade AI patterns that can be reused across business lines.Benefit Realization and Measurement : Define success metrics and track ROI, adoption, and impact. Own the benefit case documentation for each use case.Processes
Maintain a proactive stance in researching and evaluating novel AI-driven technologies and methodologies, thereby ensuring that CRM and BI strategies remain at the forefront of industry best practice.Industry & Tech Radar : Stay ahead of the curve. Scan the AI landscape—agentic AI, multimodal models, LLMOps—and bring those insights into our use case pipeline and product evolution.Regulatory & Business Conduct

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Business. Master’s degree or equivalent certification5+years in product management or ownership, ideally with AI / ML or advanced analytics products in financial services or tech firmFamiliarity with AI / ML lifecycle (model training, tuning, deployment), data pipelines, and enterprise MLOps. Experience with Agentic AI, Text-to-SQL, or LLM orchestration is a plusProficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban), writing epics and user stories, backlog management, and sprint planningExperience collaborating with Service design teams and applying human-centered design principles. Demonstrated ability to co-create intuitive digital experiences with designers and engineers.Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including senior stakeholders in business, compliance, risk, and technologExperience with Azure DevOps (ADO), ADO, Confluence, Figma, and enterprise data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.) is highly desirable.Certifications : ML engineer, AI / ML, CSPO, PMI-ACPRole Specific Technical Competencies
