Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead incident triage, coordinate with tech and business teams, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide clear and timely updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, manage known errors, and document workarounds.
  • Drive process improvements, define SLAs, and publish operational performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Change / Problem Management teams to reduce recurring incidents.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–14 years’ experience in Incident Management, with strong banking / payments background.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certified; IT Support / Service Support experience.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and triaging skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
