Responsibilities
- Lead incident triage, coordinate with tech and business teams, and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide clear and timely updates to senior stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause analysis, manage known errors, and document workarounds.
- Drive process improvements, define SLAs, and publish operational performance reports.
- Collaborate with Change / Problem Management teams to reduce recurring incidents.
Required Skills & Experience
8–14 years’ experience in Incident Management, with strong banking / payments background.ITIL v3 Foundation Certified; IT Support / Service Support experience.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and triaging skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.Ikas International (Asia) Pte Ltd
