Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Manage Subcontract repairs directly with Suppliers / Subcontractors (Thales internal or external suppliers)
- Communicate and answering to internal and external Suppliers / Subcontractors’ queries and quotations
- Work with Back office / Exchange / Retrofit Operations team on all Subcontracting matters
- Prepare Monthly Subcontract repair performance KPI & Analyze under-perform Suppliers / Subcontractors and carryout the root-cause analysis on monthly basis
- Conduct weekly repair status review via audio conference for critical Suppliers / Subcontractors
- Manage the AVL and setting up process for new Suppliers / Subcontractors
- Manage AOG or Critical Subcontract repairs
- Perform timely updates in SAP status / task on any progress, or amendment regarding Subcontract repairs
- Communicate with internal through E-track board for Subcontract repairs / and external parties through emails
- Create and manage SAP Task list for subcontracting activities
- Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Team-lead or Manager
Requirements :
Min. Diploma in Supply Chain / Supplier management or related fieldMinimum 2 year relevant working experience preferably with knowledge of SAPProficient in Microsoft Office application / Power BISelf-driven, meticulous, organized and able to multi-taskPositive attitude and able to work independentlyProactive and InnovativeHave sense of urgency and able to work under pressureTeam player with good interpersonal skillsSubcontracting KPI focus and Customers’ OTD orientedTell employers what skills you have
