Job descriptionMinimum 5 years supervisory experience in aluminium industry Able to understand design drawings and meet clients & / or designers requirements Meticulous with positive work attitude Strong sense of accountability and ability to quickly prioritize tasks based on urgency in a fast placed environment Excellence analystical, communication, organizing, interpersonal and supervisory skills Independent but also a team player Able to start work on short notice would be an advantage
Roles & Responsibilities

- Ensuring all works carried out meet company’s quality standards and requirements
- To co-ordinate and supervise site workers, monitoring project progress and schedule
- To liaise closely with appointed Main-contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers or their appointed agents on all on-site matters
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions etc
- Ensure compliance with the prevailing legislative Work Safety rules and / or measures
- Assist Engineering and Production Team with the preparation and submission of documents for work commencement and upon project completion
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
