Corporate Strategy Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

To plan and manage the Corporate Business Plan, by having close communication with:

1. CE Office and Division Head
2. Finance Team
3. BU Head, Managers
4. NTTF HQ stakeholders

Work closely with Finance Team to analyse each BU’s performance. This will include formulating the Business Plan and monitoring progression by arranging meetings with BU Heads on strategy discussion on a monthly basis.

To assist Finance Manager on monthly or periodical financial reporting to NTTF HQ.

To act as the main facilitator in the Legal Workgroup by ensuring due diligence in legal checks and risks assessment/mitigation for all potential projects/contracts in both Singapore and Indonesia.
To spearhead the regional business development within NTT Group particularly NTT-MSC, Malaysia and provide monthly development update to CEO.
To provide prompt updates to CEO on any NTT latest developments and business direction.
To oversee all NTTF secondee in Pro-Matrix and monitor their well-being and welfare status by periodically updating CEO.
To lead, manage and liaise with all NTT Group related internal/external audits and surveys.
To cooperate with CE Office for periodical ExCom, Board of Directors Meeting and Annual General Meetings.
