Locum Speech Therapist (Nursing Home, Choa Chu Kang)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are actively hiring for a client in a Nursing Home setting in Singapore and we wish to invite interested therapist to apply the role.

Job Scope: SNHCK03/02/ST
Locum Speech Therapist - 12 months contract

• Clinical Speech & Swallowing Care: To support resident and client outcomes through timely assessment, treatment, and review of swallowing, communication, and cognitive-communication needs, including dysphagia.
• Clinical Governance & Compliance: To maintain Speech Therapy standards and comply with clinical guidelines through audits and ongoing quality improvement.
• Staff & Therapy Assistant Competency Development: To build staff and therapy assistant capability in safe feeding, communication support, and implementation of Speech Therapy plans.
• Quality of Care: To ensure consistent, high-quality care and continuity across nursing home, home care, and home hospice settings aligned with care goals.

Project Details

• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Project Period: 1 April 2026 - 31 March 2027
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hours
• Competitive hourly remuneration covered with Medical Malpractice + Complimentary access to CPE events conducted by Pacific Rehab Group
• Bachelor or Masters in Speech Therapy
• Must be a Fully Registered AHPC ( Singapore )
