We are in search of talented and aspiring DC Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to safeguard information systems and enable secure operations.
Requirements
- Prepare shift schedule for Operations Team;
- Handle team resource management (leave management, attendance management, roster planning, etc.);
- Conduct interviews and selection of potential candidates for Operations team;
- Conduct training programs for new operators;
- Be the escalation point for DC Level 1 Service Operations team;
- Monitor the sufficiency and operability for daily operation tasks;
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly operation reports;
- Generate and present monthly performance reports of the Operations team;
- Initiate service improvement plans for the Operations team; and
- Any other tasks as assigned by your Supervisor / Manager.
- Qualifications that are relevant in IT support, Data Centre
- 5 years of Data Centre Experience
- 3 years in Team Lead role or relevant experience
- Good customer care and communication skills.
