Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Manage the QA / QC and Commissioning Teams at site, ensuring smooth execution of installation, testing, and commissioning schedules for Electrical and Mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with vendors during weekly and ad-hoc meetings, leading energization and startup presentations to clients.
• Ensure that systems are energized and operating in accordance with project specifications and baseline schedules.
• Interpret and apply knowledge of Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and Mechanical Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis reports when required.
• Implement and oversee the Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO) process to ensure safety compliance.
• Attend meetings with clients, main contractors, and sub-contractors for updates on progress, work scope, and issue resolution.
• Communicate directly with Commissioning Agents on technical matters and provide timely resolution of issues.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
