Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Construction - Main Con (A1) – Listed Company
  • Basic $4600 to $6800 (Depends on experience)
  • Working location : Tai Seng (Company Transport Provided)
  • Working hours : 8 : 30am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage and prepare comprehensive cost estimates for all tender submissions
  • Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Carry out quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns based on drawings, specifications, and document requirements
  • Review and interpret tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and contract requirements, to ensure full understanding of the project scope
  • Identify discrepancies in tender documents and raise timely clarification queries
  • Provide cost inputs and supporting data in accordance with tender submission requirements
  • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Prepare tender costing sheets
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of the works and deliverables

    • Requirements :

  • Diploma and / or Degree above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
  • At least 2 years of experience in tendering roles
