Element has an opportunity for Buyer

The Buyer plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services essential for the company's operations. This involves identifying and sourcing suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, managing purchase orders, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Additionally, the Buyer will handle accounts payable tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Procurement :

• Identify and source suppliers for various goods and services.
• Evaluate quotations and negotiate prices and termsmwith suppliers.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify purchasing needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
• Stay informed about market trends and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
